General formatting
- Manuscripts should be prepared in Microsoft Word, A4 page size, double spaced with continuous line numbering.
- Use a standard 12 pt typeface with margins of at least 2.5 cm on all sides.
- Number all pages consecutively.

Tables and figures
- Cite every table and figure in the text in order of appearance.
- Supply figures at a resolution suitable for print reproduction.
- Provide a short descriptive caption for each table and figure.
