IJVBS is an open access journal. Readers pay nothing; a publication charge applies to authors only after acceptance.
There is no subscription and no reader charge. Every article is free to read immediately upon publication under a CC Attribution licence.

When the charge applies
The publication fee is charged only after a manuscript has successfully completed peer review and has been formally accepted for publication.
Editorial independence
Payment of the publication fee does not influence the editorial decision or the peer-review process. All manuscripts are evaluated solely on their scientific quality, originality, relevance and compliance with the journal's policies.
