IJVBS recognises that the ability to pay a publication charge should not determine whether sound research is published. Authors who are unable to meet the article publication charge may apply for a partial or full waiver.
Waiver requests should be submitted in writing to the editorial office at the time of submission and should explain the reason for the request. Waiver decisions are made by the editorial office and are handled separately from the peer-review process, which is never influenced by a waiver request.
